Introducing the New Daimler Purchasing Coordination Corp.
The International Procurement Services (IPS) Organizations at Daimler Trucks North America LLC (DTNA), Detroit Diesel Corporation (DDC), Mercedes-Benz USA, LLC (MBUSA), Mercedes-Benz Financial Services USA LLC (MBFS) and Mercedes-Benz U.S. International, Inc. (MBUSI) are pleased to announce that effective October 1, 2014, we will establish a shared service center designed to improve the efficiency and effectiveness by which non-production material (NPM) goods and services for Daimler U.S. entities are purchased. This new shared service center will be formally known as Daimler Purchasing Coordination Corp. (DPCC) and will assume all NPM procurement activities on behalf of the following Daimler entities in the U.S. including: DTNA, DDC, MBFS, MBUSA and MBUSI.

Daimler Purchasing Coordination Corp. is responsible for the purchase of all non-production goods and services on behalf of Daimler Group U.S. entities such as Mercedes-Benz USA, LLC, Mercedes-Benz U.S. International, Inc., Mercedes-Benz Financial Services USA LLC, Daimler Trucks North America LLC and Detroit Diesel Corporation. We appreciate the efforts and loyalty of our non-production material suppliers in the U.S. We recognize the value our suppliers bring to the Daimler Group U.S. entities and our supply chain and regard them as important business partners.
