Complaint System (REKLA)

Within the IBL platform (IBL=Inbound Logistics), Daimler AG has consolidated the systems that control or support the most important delivery processes of the plants.

One of these systems is REKLA (Complaint System).

The new REKLA Complaint System identifies and provides solutions for all errors occurring during the physical delivery process at the supplier's ramp, at shipping agents, or in the goods receiving sections at the Daimler AG plants.
